Cancellation Policy

A confirmed Place cancelled at least 12 hours before kick-off is cleared without a late-cancellation cash consequence. The policy applies per Place, including places inside a multi-place reservation.

A later cancellation may remain chargeable. If the same capacity is filled from the fair waitlist, the cancelled Place is cleared as refilled. Reservation, attendance, and payment state remain independent.

When a host changes kickoff, venue, duration, format, capacity, assignment method, or pricing materially, affected players receive a free-cancellation window of two hours, capped at the new kickoff time.

A host cancellation marks attendance as match-cancelled and clears participant cash unless an authorised correction is required and audited.
