Cash After Match Policy

Matchday V1 has no payment gateway. Players pay the host directly in cash after the match. Matchday does not hold funds, route money, charge cards, or mark a Place paid automatically.

For Fixed pricing, the per-participant amount is captured when the Place is confirmed. For Equal Split, the host finalises the exact pool after attendance is recorded; deterministic paise remainders follow confirmation order and no share may exceed its explicit maximum.

The host records only the exact outstanding amount—partial acknowledgement and overpayment are rejected. Group acknowledgement allocates exact outstanding amounts per participant.

Acknowledgements are never edited in place. A reversal, waiver, or authorised manual correction appends a new auditable ledger entry with actor, reason, and time.

The reservation owner remains responsible for an unclaimed guest Place. Responsibility transfers only when the invited player accepts the claim, policies, and Place.
