Matchday V1 · Updated 28 July 2026
Terms of Use
The rules for using Matchday as a player, host, or authorised operator.
What Matchday provides
Matchday coordinates local football fixtures, team-sheet places, invitations, attendance records, notifications, and Cash After Match acknowledgements. It is not the venue operator, an employer, an insurer, or an online payment gateway.
A published match is an invitation to reserve subject to live capacity, host approval, visibility rules, and the policies shown before confirmation.
Your account
You must use your own verified phone identity, keep access methods secure, and provide an honest public player name. A player cannot hold duplicate active participation in one match.
Suspension blocks new actions but does not erase history, outstanding responsibilities, or safety and financial records that must be retained.
Host responsibility
Hosts must publish accurate venue, timing, capacity, pricing, safety, and cancellation information. Material changes must use the dedicated change flow so affected players receive a free-cancellation window.
Only authorised roles may manage rosters, attendance, messages, cost finalisation, or cash records. Co-host and captain permissions are deliberately narrower than the primary host.
