This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a spot reservation that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

A full 100% refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled match start time. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the match.

In case of any refunds approved by Matchday, it will take 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed to you.
